At Saga Bands, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new watch band doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Place the watch band securely in its original packaging, ensuring all protective films and tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 3-5 business days.
